The Lukla to Everest Trek
Grade Length
The following alternatives to this itinerary are possible beyond Dingboche on day 9, but require additional days: the Imjatse option, the Gokyo option, or the Cho La pass option. Prices vary by option.
We strongly recommend that you be in very good physical condition if starting from Lukla as you will have little time to adjust to high altitude. To combat the possibility of altitude sickness, we have scheduled rest days at Namche Bazar and at Pheriche or Dingboche.
